It is with profound sadness that I advise you of the passing last evening of our beloved Brother John Fox. All Honour to His Name. I just had a call from his Sweetheart, Bojana who was thankfully with him at the end. As you know, John has been in palliative care since the beginning of July, where he was given “a couple weeks” to live. He beat the odds and was ebullient to the end, as I characterized in my note following my visit with him last week, and as many of you got to experience first hand during FaceTime’s with him this Summer. And over our stay in Chester these past 2 months, many of you have had the opportunity to show your support for The Crow, for which he was extremely grateful.
Though John has eschewed a funeral, he will be cremated & spoke to me of wanting a memorial "sometime in the Fall”. Bojana and her Family will be making plans and I have assured her of my support on your behalf, so I will advise you when things get firmed up.
Please take a moment for Brother Fox and his Survivors in your hearts today.
In hoc,
Wayne
