STC organizers, Brothers Fraser, Bruce & Colburn have decided to honour our fallen Brother John 'Long Gone' Connor by renaming the Western Sig reunion/golf tourney/wine tasting extravaganza.
When told of this gesture, John's Sweetheart, Pam responded:

What a beautiful tribute. You have honoured my love in a very gracious and honourable way. He was there with you, I am sure. I love the cap, the photo that Wayne chose and the red rose.
Your friendship was cherished dearly by John and he loved all his brothers very much.
Thank you for making this year's event a special memory of John. It is very much appreciated.
